Armed Robbery at Gates Pass

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department Robbery/Assault Unit is investigating an incident that occurred on October 8, 2014, between midnight and 1:00 AM. The two victims were parked at a pullout in the 6400 block of West Gates Pass Road. The victims told deputies they were approached by two armed men, who demanded they get out of their car. Property was taken from the victims. The suspects fled eastbound in a white Jeep, possibly a Cherokee, with tinted windows and stock wheels. The suspects were described as follows: 1) Light skinned Hispanic male with an accent, 20 to 25 years old, 5’10” to 6’0” tall, light brown hair, wearing a plain white crew neck T-shirt and dark shoes. He was armed with a handgun. 2) Hispanic or Caucasian male, 20 to 30 years old, black hair, black shirt. He was armed with a knife. Anyone with information on the identity of the suspects or any other pertinent information in this case is urged to call 9-1-1 or 88-CRIME.
