Detectives with the Robbery Assault Unit are investigating two incidents that occurred on October 16, 2015, at approximately 9:20 p.m. and later that night at approximately 1:00 a.m. Detectives have reason to believe the same person is responsible for both incidents. A man entered the Quick Marts located at 6363 North La Cholla Boulevard and 3250 West Cortaro Farms Road, pointed what appeared to be a black gun at the clerks, and demanded money and cigarettes. The man took cigarettes and an undisclosed amount of cash. The man was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, with the hood up, and a black bandana over his face. He also wore yellow gloves. The man is possibly a Caucasian male, approximately 6 feet tall, with a thin build. Anyone with information about this incident is urged to call 9-1-1 or 88-CRIME.
