Circle K Robbery

On Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at approximately 2:20 a.m., Foothills District deputies responded to the Circle K located at 4990 North Oracle Road for a report of a robbery. When deputies arrived, they learned two male suspects had entered the store and taken cigarettes from behind the counter. After speaking with witnesses and reviewing surveillance footage, deputies determined the two male suspects entered the store together. The first suspect jumped over the counter and began pulling cigarettes off of the shelf. While this was going on, the second suspect proceeded to the office where the store clerk was located and began chasing after her with a spray bottle full of cleaner. The two suspects then ran out of the store and drove away in a 1990s gold Ford Mustang convertible. The first suspect is described as: • Hispanic male, appearing to be in his 20s to 30s, with dark curly hair • Approximately 5’06”-5’08” in height, thin build • Last seen wearing a black and white striped button-down shirt and light colored pants The second suspect is described as: • Hispanic male, appearing to be in his 20s to 30s, with longer dark curly hair • Approximately 5’06”-5’08” in height, heavy build • Last seen wearing a red and white baseball-style button down shirt and dark colored pants Robbery Assault detectives have taken over the investigation and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the two suspects.
