On Tuesday, December 6, 2016, just before 9:00 a.m., Rincon District deputies responded to a residence in the 4500 block of East Calle Barril for a report of a theft. When deputies arrived, they learned several vehicles had been broken into sometime during the night and multiple items of value had been taken. Auto Theft detectives took over the investigation and began reviewing surveillance footage from the home. Video showed two male suspects walk onto the property just after 4:00 a.m. on December 6. The suspects can be seen breaking into all three vehicles on the property. Both suspects are Caucasian males wearing jackets, pants, and large backpacks. They both appear to be in their early-to-mid 20’s. Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects from this case. Anyone with information is asked to call 9-1-1.
