In a previous media release, we reported a burglary that occurred on August 30, 2012, at the Super H store at 2710 W. Ruthrauff Road. The suspect had apparently entered the store through a hole in the back of the business and was caught on surveillance video. In addition to the burglar, other suspects were identified as being connected to the crime. Some of them attempted to cash in lottery tickets stolen from the Super H. After release of the surveillance video and still photos to local media and subsequent broadcasting of the footage, detectives with the Sheriff’s Burglary Unit received several tips from citizens. These tips lead to the identification of two of the individuals shown as Donnie Wyatt Burt (43), the burglar, and David Aaron Mosseri (29). Detectives obtained a felony arrest warrant for Burt on charges of Trafficking in Stolen Property, 1st Degree Burglary and Theft of Property or Services. Mosseri is now wanted on a felony warrant for a charge of Forgery. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of these two individuals is asked to call 9-1-1 or 88-CRIME. This investigation continues and additional arrests are pending.
